Uh, OTC stocks can be suspended for 10 days other than for delinquent filings. I'd like to know where in the SEC regs it says OTC stocks can delay filings for up to two years. A suspended stock resumes trading on the grey market, since it has no sponsoring market maker. It isn't quoted. To buy or sell you have to submit bids or asks at a price you believe will result in a fill. A revocation means no trades.
