Nordic American Tankers Limited (NYSE:NAT) Announces the Date for its 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Nordic American Tankers Limited (the "Company") (NYSE: NAT) today announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) has scheduled the Company’s 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”), to be held on November 20, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., local time, at the LOM Building, 27 Reid Street, Hamilton HM 11 Bermuda. The Board has set a record date of October 8, 2019 for the determination of the Company’s shareholders entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
