JB was notified by a certificate of service at his Nevada and Arkansas office addresses. Then he filed a motion to stay claiming the court has no jurisdiction over his Nevada corporation.
He might still think there was no problem with the company if one of us had not asked him WTF.
I'm not sure what this action today means, but I am researching it.
