A very illegal and risky thing to do. Especially while already under all of this scrutiny. They didn't need the WS to run a story to drop the price after PV missed 11/15 target date. That happened all on it's own. Although it could help "insiders" obtain more shares what is it doing to the actual business and reputation of business? Sounds a little too far fetched for me.
