No No. If it were resistance it wouldn't already be above it. If anything it could provide some support.
Next level of resistance is just below $4.00 +/- a few pennies. This is where it broke down earlier. Thus buyers then become possible sellers now as it approaches that area.
volume is needed but I'd expect it would pick up as the stock hopefully moves higher and interest comes in.
