Good Post, and speaking of OS's...That's one thing I have just stayed out of, the whole R/S thing. I think it premature to talk about that.
IMO, I'm hoping I see something that I've seen several times before in these shell plays.
Many times, the new owners work out a way to get back some, or a lot, of the outstanding shares. Usually the new owners buy those shares and then exchange them for Preferred Shares and return the Common to the company.
I think that will probably happen here and the OS's number won't be nearly as close to the AS's number.
BUT THAT IS JUST MY GUESS!
PS: I haven't searched all this out, but I also realize that there might be OS's that are not in the original owners possession.
