PCTL is still drifting waiting on concrete developments. I don't want to see a spike higher and fall back, I want to see a sustained move higher that starts a higher long-term trend. PCTL could easily get onto that positive track if they clear up their toxic debt issues without destroying their stock. It is ultimately revenue and corresponding earnings that cause stocks to rally in the long-run and PCTL has that potential later this year and through 2020 and beyond.
