Thats what it sounds like. All LP S are seeing sales slow, due to black market booming lack of stores and price to quality. The Government is screwing this up and still giving approval for more grows, weed will be 1.00 a gram wholesale in a year. I would put D2 on hold and focus on D3 and U,S Operations and expansion that goes for both partners.
