apparently that is true. According to the presentation today, Mark mentioned these deals as being previously done. However, there was no mention of any followups by these companies. Has there been any, will we see any royalties? That's a question that needs to be answered.
Also, he indicated the industrial sale to Dupont only had a 5 yr non-compete. They are already 3 3/4 yrs into that, but he said at this time they are not planning to re-enter that industrial space.
Anyone have thoughts on this ?
