This is a convulted situation..Note/holder maybe done,however retail also maybe done...It is a real head/scratcher...LDSR just announces a 750-1 R/S and is still trading higher than this..TGRR/GREEN
Why is it declining...because the company already admitted they will issue 2Billion shares and could be as much as 76billion to complete the $7.5million capital raise. These are facts put out by the company and not my opinion. Do the math. Company is worth zero plus $7.5million in cash minus unknown amount of cash used to settle debt, outstanding compliance, legal and audit issues equals less than .0001 per share.
