Besides, I haven’t seen an OTC go bankrupt. Just bankrupt big boards drop down to OTC.

A piece of paper does not equate into success. Although most MBA's from Harvard are successful, I know one that has lost everything due to bad choices in life. Management has ruined this company! I have been watching this for years (and investing) and unfortunately all of my DD has failed me. Maybe it's because I don't have a Harvard MBA. :)
