agreed. I was just stating what a bare minimum deal would look like ...ever seen the movie A Flash of Genius..that poor guy didn't get what he deserved either. We look good here though..I hope we get 3 Billion settlement tomorrow..lol. I'll be here either way...bring the noize
Does the judge have anything to say about the settlement amount? Can they say more than that amount or does it need to go to trial for a higher amount?
