Basically just a nice way to say dilution and RS...PPS will be well under $1 before then, dividend won’t get approved, will still be massively non compliant, nothing will happen in Turkey, as expected, and so on...and, you still have massive pending lawsuits, SEC inquiries from insider P and D, nothing new...
