Lazar is no longer listed aa a corporate officer. Hasnt been for a while. No one has any information pertaining to the control block or how much of it was sold to the new Asian management team or how many shares Lazar still has in his possession
Makes sense but I guess I’m just wondering why he would even list them if he hadn’t closed the deal and gotten paid. If he still holds majority of shares/control block then yes, he would still have control obviously. Makes sense.
