Gl, with TOS(TDA) for example,

when you set up your TOS paper trading platform you'll get real time level 2 plus
real time streaming T & S and a real time quote box plus streaming news, order
book and a bunch of other advanced features. You're starting on a long journey,
study it thoroughly. TDA has good support and there is a chat window tab and help
phone # on the TOS platform, general help and trade desk, don't hesitate to use it.
