the 10k should be decent but is not a catalyst for otc markets. no one is looking for large revs in the 10k, due to timing of M&A / deals. This has been discussed quite a few times already over past months.
10Q in Nov would show all new revs. one must understand what they are looking for in Ks and Qs IMO.
run catalysts will be due to further upcoming business related deals and announcements.
otc is all about momentum and forward looking opportunity.
