Congrats Longs.. Lazar created 10 Million Preferred Shares.. I just read it.. This is his Signature move so he does not give himself Common stock while he lines up a buyer and filings... Float must be small,,

Also pretty cool he put in there the shares cannot be re issued to anyone else.. So when he sells the company the preferred gets automatically cancelled...
