It’s certainly be a prerequisite. However it doesn’t explain the vast interest (from all sorts of traders) in LAHO. There are plenty of non-suspended or revoked stocks on iHub that don’t come close to the amount of chatter we see on this board. I find that fascinating and peculiar.
