I'm hoping that dilution is not in the game plan here but how can you not think that dilution will not happen considering they've upped the AS to a billion shares. Couple that with a lack of communication with the shareholders and you've got this scenario occurring right now. I've not sold one of my 3.95mm shares I've held since June/July. I'm down so much right now it's embarassing and to sell right now would ensure that loss. So...waiting on them to get off their royal butts and tell us something here....how about a shareholder update....that would be something different.
Those are share purchase warrants valued at 2 million dollars. In order for the owners of the warrants to execute anything they have to pay for the shares. They have been outstanding for over a year and were not executed when the price was in multiple pennies. Nothing but fear mongering talking about these warrants.
