I received the same email as you sent earlier. I am anxious to check out the DVD when we get them. I hope that it will encourage some volume. Why do you think Dan puts out dates of promise! But NEVER makes the actual promise date?

I would think by now he would STOP giving dates. Also when do you expect Dan to add more mgmt to the Summus Team, so he can actually start working on the 10++ promises, instead of traveling everyday...and NEVER doing anything that he has said.

Dan is always working on SOMETHING else. I just wish he would actually finish ONE THING, that he starts, instead of starting another 10 projects to finish NONE!!

Here are the examples...
what happend to the following deals??

-audit IMO, he is HIDING something from us investors, this does NOT take this amount of time!!
-SkierShop, is he asking too much? He is the Sole-Owner, OR are the lawsuits coming in too fast??
-Larger Company...I guess he WASTED too much of the o/s that this may NEVER happend!! Heck he ONLY has 3b more shares to DUMP on us!!
-N'East deal with stocking BNB stores?
-$2.5m company
-Subaru Deal
-Jeep Deal
-Gas Pump Advertising
-Time Warner in the Northeast?
-Summus Centers?
-Real Estate Network?
-and I am SURE I have left off ALOT of BROKEN promises from Dan and Company!! RJ

nice PR today I must admit! Lets see if he can ACTUALLY close on this one by the 21 days??
I am giving him till Mid-January, and then I want to see this closed. That would give him 21 BUSINESS days, and that includes some holidays...so by then, he should have the LOI closed and in OUR books!!!
Bring on the audit....
because with the audit for 2005, and 2006 guidance...and NOW this HUGE LOI announced...lets see how much in revenues we can obtain in 2007...
I must admit, I am VERY excited about this upcoming year, knowing that Dan is about out of a/s to dump on us!!
I hope that he actually starts the buyback...that would be HUGE!! Lets see what the next PR is?? RJ

thanks for sending the PM...very interesting company for sure. And the PRE PAID credit cards that the company owns are HUGE!!
I received two when I got married in October, and the funny thing about it...Matrix is the PARENT company!!
it is always nice to see a REAL company being bought by Summus Works!!
That pre paid credit card area...is a HUGE market, especially right now at Christmas time!!
and then as you mentioned about the TV stations...there is SOMETHING going on that we can not see. About the future LOI's I bet there are several pending ones...the KEY here is for Dan to CLOSE them!!
And then start on the BUYBACK...because that will get ALOT of attention...lets face it..IF Dan buys back up to 20b and gets us BELOW the 60b number that he has promised...that will be HUGE, that is 25% of the o/s and it is GONE after that!! I just hope that he LOWERS the a/s when he does complete the buyback...so there will be NO further dilution??
And also I ordered a subscription to N'East today!! I will let you know when I recieve my first mag!! RJ
