In America, you are innocent until proven guilty... or at least that is the way it used to be.

The FACT that almost all MJ companies are down 60 to 80% over the last seven months - does that mean that all of these MJ companies have "scammed their stockholders or a dishonest scheme; a fraud?"

Obviously not. Yet, visit any IHub board for most of these stocks and you will find whiny folks yelling scam, calling for the ouster of their CEO and demanding results NOW.

I am sure that most of these posters could do a much better job of running these MJ companies than the crooks and reprobates now running these companies.

In 6-12 months, and likely sooner, these lows will look like the Mariana Trench on the chart.

My alternative strategy: Sold my shares over the last month and replaced them with more than 10X the number of 2020 and 2021 call options, now ridiculously priced. There will be a rebound soon enuf, and those calls will rise by A LOT.
