When you cross into WA go east on hwy 14 to John Day Dam rd, about 5 miles i think. Turn right and follow it about 1 mile, will see the old alum factory on right. Take second entrance will come to a locked gate. When I was there someone let me in and told me where auscrete is. I do not know if there is always someone there to let you in.
