If AN ATTORNEY IS ON THE COMPANY'S BOARD, there is no attorney client privilege, since the attorney IS the client.

In the US, he could refuse to testify by claiming 5th amendment rights, but not by claiming attorney client privilege.

If Sulja is using a board member as its attorny, it is in so much trouble that it can never get out!
