Do you understand the following?

11/08/2019 at 08:30 AM in Department 52 at 111 North Hill Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012; Default Prove Up Hearing.

This prove up hearing will not include Zalemark because they have not contested this lawsuit. I.e. default.
Therefore, the judge will now decide what Eugene Kim is owed.

Why did Xu not contest this lawsuit?
Is he washing his hands of ZMRK? Moving on to other opportunities?
People think he invested money into ZMRK but I think he made out like a bandit.

This is very concerning if I read this right. Maybe I am wrong.
Is there a lawyer in the house.
