They had to use scorched earth and 'fire everything' in hopes of keeping the DoD gravy comin. They know once the government contracts dry up, they are history.
Knowing all that, IN MY OPINION it was still pure scumbaggery no matter what. Attacking Terry and Officer Silverstone personally went way out of bounds. As I said it was CLEAR, TACIT blackmail in my opinion, almost an open threat of tying the contract up for years in the Court of Federal Claims if they didn't get their way.
Lets see how many more new DoD contracts they get from here on out. When a rabid dog bites the hand that feeds it,,,,,well ya know what happens.
