I mean, why is there more volume on COWPP then on COWP?

One is the common stock COWP and the other is the preferred COWPP, the preferred have dividend rights the commons don't, in case of voting rights the preferred have no voting rights and the commons do, in case of bankruptcy the commons will likely get wiped out the preferred don't get wiped out.
