Appreciate your DD. 4mo + 1day it is.

My simple math makes even more sense now.

So for easy numbers, they hold at least 4 million shares, plus any remaining from the beginning.

So they are messing around with the share price, so they can convert the last 280k at current levels. My opinion has been for several months, to let the price increase, which it has show the ability to do so. So in my 2 dollar per share scenario they would have 8 million equity on their shares instead of the current 2 million. It sims pretty simple to me.
