No dark web or deep government conspiracies, just capitalism made possible for the entire world via mobile apps or any digital devices. It doesn't cause or avoid taxes, it's just a tool like a shovel or a truck, except digital. Ripples reason for creating Xpring was to make Fiat interchangeable with XRP globally.
