I haven't seen you post a single link of knowledgeable information. I posted all I could find that is public. Its not pumping if you have credible information for new investors and trending news feeds that are current and awaiting filings. I also invested more that $100 here so even 3% is a huge gain, many here are in the same boat as to the amount invested.
I did some math over a month ago and posted that it looks like K&J are going to need some more time to finish the first trench of 138M shares. SGMD Expected a near 60 day completion in filing, but had more than 90 day window with the late filing.
They did not get the last (IMO 48M shares) completed before the deadline. Then in the last week no T-trades hit the market, which I posted: looks like K&J are buying in the open market (making some selling pressure) per 10 day average discount at 15%.
Friday we seen a cross T-trade after hours of 1,073,000 and a cover of 653,393. Could have very well been K&J shares clearing, we do not know. The filing is coming per the deadline, we have this coming week to see the type of selling pressure and if any T-trades hit the market.
I charted SGMD multiple times as well for a reference for traders if they like the chart, The trend has been strong through this closing phase. What I have charted has held until open market buying holds us down on Friday. Difficult day for the chart but the hammer finished off the day for the next open to go right back to .0115 for the week to start.
