I seems as though they claim to have 30 million gold equivelant ounces with a 35 year mine life. A valuation of 1.5 billion would not be out of the question. If we were diluted by a factor of two or three then the ratio of convertibility would be cut by the same factor no? Maybe converted at $2 or $3? We'll see. The 3 year count down has begun IMHO
So, if gold price hit $5,000 or whatever, the company goes public and the stock price exceeds $8.40, then my 1,000 warrants would worth 17.5% of $8,400. Well, that number is not even close to what I'd lost.
