Not trying to scare anyone. You know as well as I do that given the multitude of false press releases combined with shareholder complaints will eventually lead to the SEC to start asking questions. And, typically, that will be done in the form of a Wells notice.
And, after so many years of this scam, there is little doubt it's coming if it hasn't already.
this claim again? How many years has this "well notice" claim been going on? If there was one it would've been noted in its filings which of course has not. Even going thru the SEC site there hasn't been one.
