We have got some good news in September and we had a pop up to new levels. Not as expected but it is rolling. Now things (and the charts) have to cool down a little. I believe we will see at least one or maybe two of good news before the new year. Therefore the chart will get new price levels too. Look at the weekly chart to see it better.
