Insiders own 70% and is a low float play. 14 million. shares outstanding. south Koreans own the company. could be a reverse merger play but it is unknown at this point. $100k is quite a bit of money flow into the stock. could be an investment group coming in or pre buying. 7 years ago this hit 35 cents. There has been steady accumulation the last 6 months so who knows where this will end up. @$1.00 market cap is only $14 million
