It's simple to be licensed to do business in my state, not very pricey, it's really cost effective if someone is able to recoup the money quickly........and most don't have to lie to recoup!

In a nutshell and IMO, It's an easy and inexpensive way for Franky to make it look like "things" are happening to SELL SHARES.....

And it's a "thing" that can be "announced" or "found" and one can verify......RME, it's cheap advertisement to sell shares IMO!

Franky said there were little nuggets that could be found! Seems a few traders fell pretty hard for the trick on August 26th, lots of money was "recouped"......by someone! One single trade was 8 million shares @ a cost of $32,000 sold @ .004 SP! And the volume that morning of the "kink" was cranking!

"Press releases and announcements" are what Pinky stocks use to move the share price so shares can be SOLD! It's not rocket science.
