Do you know for sure that it is not completed? I thought that you had more info that I do.
There is a contradiction on that subject everyday here.
I have no idea but I don't think there is much danger of this thing going under at this time at least. In my opinion that is. Don't trade using my opinion.
My guess is that regulators are involved to make sure that the shareholders are not being cheated by insiders. I don't know for sure. There are probably lawyers for big shareholder involved looking at all documents. Shareholders have inspection rights.
