I have a theory sky.

Ballast probably DID want to make this company soar back in 2015 or so when he took over.

then he was probably advised, by advisers, cuz I don't think he's that smart, to do a dilutable.

so he diluted starting around 2017 when I got in at 4 cents.

he made a lot of money.

hey...a car payment here, a company car there....

hey this worked....even if the stock is up again only to 0293...let's do it AGAIN!....maybe just 800M this time....

uh oh...things are heading down to 0053.....and now instead of paying the debt, we need more income....let's write some new PR go ambassador, and get ….10 BILLION

my employees are leaving...gotta pay them dump dumnp dump

endo labs won't make the cannazall unless I pay them dump dump dump

crap...my investors are fleeing? why? I'm writing PR every 4 days....dump dump dump

dilutibles are even more addictive than any drug.

It is interesting that you take what I say as optimism. It's like saying I am optimistic about someone on life support. But there are cases of people having miraculous recoveries. Would I bet on them to survive? No, but until the doctor pronounces them dead, I would still try to have some hope especially if they were family.
Not sure what happened, but between compliance issues, legalities, supply of product, greed, and many reasons we may not even know about, it is a futile guess at this point. The dilution they caused was and is my biggest question of concern. I would like to think there was more to it than just greed. But knowing human instinct, it seems the most likely.

I think the reason they fell off was because the company they used to process there payments dropped them due to not wanting to get in trouble and lose there FDIC.
