I disagree, there might be be some uncertainty, but i myself will add on such uncertainty ... why?

Well, exactly because of last three weeks (not counting outlook on which i am very bullish with many phase II results coming early 2007 and HIV symposium might get some attention as well)...
but basically because inst ownership per sept 30th shows the likes of fidelity selling trca and buying insm.. and those kind of fund will not buy for a mere 20-30% in relative volatile smallcap biotech

last three weeks i am of the opinion we did see a lot of bigger boys buying INSM, the relative buy blocks were testimony there, not that many big retail out there

Anyway off for today

CashQ and INSM Longs........

That is NOT correct and here is why.......I know of several Insitutions that are heavily accumulating INSM, and they are NOT flippers. They will NOT even consider selling till $4-5+...and maybe much, much higher.....$8-12 range.

If INSM wins outright....PPS will go to $3+ in a hurry and continue higher.....INSM pays a resonable royalty....will go to $3+ just may take a few more days, and then will continue higher as well. Only way they see it going back to $1.20 is with an injunction, and that is OFF the table....INSM may test 1.30-1.40 area with a royalty of 30% or higher....which is extremely and highly doubtful.

These big boys have their connections and analysts.....they say INSM as it sits is worth $4+ right now, and double digits within a year-1.5 years if the other indications "pan out"...which they strongly believe will happen.

Once this trial is done expect some news shortly on a European partner..........IMHO this is a done deal already, and then expect quite a bit of news on the INSM PR front.....Also I expect a partner to provide enough cash so there will be NO more dilution next year for INSM.

It's all good IMHO of course!
