I saw that a few others were saying the same yesterday,

I was talking with the trade desk at TDA and they confirmed what I already knew,
they negotiate fees with different levels of frequency traders, everything from zero
to $2.50 to $6.95. I'm a snail trader apparently or just not very threatening.

What, they did? I haven't traded a penny stock since the change. HOw can they pull the plug like that and not even tell people?
