The amount PT sold is not a big deal nor do I think it had a drastic DIRECT effect on the share price. However indirectly.... maybe. It’s not the amount but the impression it gives.
I agree with all that. But two equally important factors you did not mention....
1) it is very likely that PT's share sales have continued, and are on-going, and 2) PT consistently violates the rules regarding timely disclosure of share sales.
The honesty and integrity of PT are constantly touted as being beyond reproach. Yet, the lies about MarMar and the undisclosed/late reporting of share sales say just the opposite.
