Your main point is that there is an alternative to doing an IPO. Which is also more likely that doing a R/M into an OTC ticker.

In a past merger Chiang took a Co public with about 45 mil in revs with a larger float and the PPS climbed in the .20's. The key here is revenues. It would be nice for the Co to be in one of these high profile sectors but all we need is a solid profitable Co. Remember this is the otc, the land of scams, dilution machines, and pipe dreams. You bring a real Co here and people will notice. IMO
