BS - FHFA should be able to cap, release and IPO the end of Nov.

He is no better than others who have milked the position with talk.

Judges should fine Treasury and FHFA and set firm time-lines for them to correct the 3rd Amendment (aka, theft clause).

Is Justice really blind, or has just looked the other way?

If the courts force the Treasury to credit the GSE's another 25 billion or so, that timeline comes down significantly.......perhaps to something closer to beginning of 2020.

That would be the key to getting the entire recap done easily by summer 2020.
