Alrighty_RANDY, got some info on our PROXY VOTE. And understand why you bowed out, WITH GRACE. Thank You. UTEP's NCAA win in basketball over KENTUCKY is a BIG MOMENT historically and glad you got to be part of it.

The definitive proxy was filed yesterday (Tuesday in this case); you would not have received instructions based on the preliminary proxy filed on September 26. 

Definitive proxy mailings should be completed by Friday, October 11.

If you do not receive the proxy and associated instructions on voting your shares next week, please contact the brokerage firm(s) that administer your shares to obtain proxy cards for each account.

The S-1 filed several weeks ago updates on Theracann. Please review the ‘Recent Developments’ section. 

As for a public disclosure of Theracann’s reverse merger, it is not Applied DNA’s to make as it is a matter internal to Theracann.

As a reminder, Theracann’s reverse merger was its mechanism to obtain funding; Applied DNA’s focus has been on securing the balance of the $5M owed it under the exclusive licensing agreement with Theracann irrespective of the source of Theracann’s funds or, barring that, it holds the option to terminate the agreement with Theracann.

We ain't going to win this on a vote count. Hayward and Monty have more shares collectively than a pig can shit...., sorry, I meant nore shares than our collective of retail holders, with a pig can outgas in any reasonable measure.

I really liked a UTEP alum Tim Hardaway from the 80's NBA and his UTEP Two Step cross-over move he got from ME:)
