The arguement that the Rotmans would bet against themselves is rediculous.

There hasn't been one insider share ever put back into the market. Also, they own over half the O/S. These facts alone should be the focus for investors.

Insiders know they will make that money back (and much more), and that is why the company made all the effort to pay off all toxic and convertible 3rd party debt the last 6 months, because their business is now ripe and ready for huge growth!
