4-12 months usually lol but Lazar is quick with filings and hand off.

He differs from people like Baumann and his group (think LRDR).

Also had connection with decent sized Chinese firms and others.

You just have to sit and wait. If you wait for the filings to drop it will likely cost you. More likely than not the filings are sooner than later.
