I'd be inclined to question WNDW Chairman's books

Understand the government can't block the publication of fictitious investment success claims. See the landmark case of New York vs Darvas. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicolas_Darvas

Darvas in the 1950s wrote a best-selling book where he claimed he quickly made $2 million in the market. New York questioned his veracity and asked for proof such as brokerage statements. Darvas never offered any proof because he claimed his book was for entertainment purposes only!

New York state courts ruled for Darvas on constitutional grounds. His book continued to be sold.

As a result of that litigation, many investing how-to books are really just fiction. Likely most charting guides are pure baloney.

"scam artist"?? HOW DARE YOU COMPARE MR. RAYAT WITH Phil Frost a proven criminal?

Harmel S. Rayat is a prolific investor, entrepreneur and business owner based in Vancouver, Canada.
He is the author of the new book, “Winning with Commercial Real Estate”, and President of Talia Jevan Properties, Inc., a privately held commercial real estate firm specializing in the acquisition and long-term ownership of Class-A commercial real estate assets throughout North America.

When Mr. Rayat isn’t providing investment capital and strategic advice to incumbent management teams of established and start-up companies, he’s spending time with his family and helping people live better lives through his love of science, technology, real estate and investing.

Mr. Rayat brings a unique world view to his work having been born in Uganda and relocating to India before moving with his family to the United Kingdom and then to Vancouver, British Columbia, where he worked as a broker in his early twenties and became interested in early stage companies.

Since 2006, Mr. Rayat has grown his real estate portfolio to nearly $150 million, generating a 33% annual return on equity.

SolarWindow Sets New Power Record With 34% Increase Over Its Previous Electricity-Generating Glass

SolarWindow Technologies, Inc. announced today that it has set a new company performance record for power efficiency with a 34% increase in performance over previous generations of its transparent electricity-generating glass.

Today’s announcement is based on results of independent testing and certification of SolarWindow™ devices by the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) Device Performance Measurement Laboratory.

This 34% increase in power over previous SolarWindow™ performance records, announced by the company on May 8, 2014, represents a breakthrough for the company’s transparent electricity-generating glass, which when fabricated into windows, could turn entire buildings into vertical power generators.

Targeting the estimated 5.6 million U.S. commercial buildings, which consume almost $150 billion in electricity annually, the company’s transparent electricity-generating windows could reduce energy costs by up to 50%, according to independently-validated company power and financial modeling.

The company estimates that the market for SolarWindow™ glass products for tall towers and skyscrapers represents a $100 billion opportunity.

“Achieving a 34% power boost from our new record-setting transparent electricity-generating glass is a major inflection point for our company and our collaborating partners,” stated Mr. John Conklin, President and CEO of SolarWindow Technologies, Inc.

“One of our ongoing, long-term product development objectives has been dedicated to developing improved electricity-generating coatings by enhancing performance. We’ll continue working hard to improve performance during product development.”

Commercial partnerships and collaborations with industry leaders allow SolarWindow to augment its in-house team with hundreds of collaborative world-class scientists, skilled technicians, and seasoned production staff and managers, who bring high-volume manufacturing, industrial, engineering and technical expertise.

Today’s record-setting advancement has been achieved with the support of Raynergy Tek, one of several recently-announced commercial collaborators working to enable high-volume production of SolarWindow™ electricity-generating windows. Raynergy Tek is a world leader in organic photovoltaics technology, based in Taiwan.

Frost was tainted by associates. He is an iconic philanthropist who will be giving away to charity over half of his fortune, as part of the Giving Pledge https://givingpledge.org/

I made a lot of money in his liquor company ROX. I'm sad they sold it to a French company.

I'm really not sure what you have against WNDW's unless you are claiming they are liars when it comes to the $1.8M machine, half paid for already, that is being built to fabricate the first full size windows that will be testable by anyone for the electricity generating capabilities.

I have my doubts as to whether everything will align with a cost effective product, and ready, willing and able buyers.

But I do not doubt that the machine is being built to produce full size electricity generating windows.

We'll have to see if they are cost effective. His claim that they will pay for themselves in 1 year seems really out there.

But buyers are going to rigorously test the products themselves.

We're just going to have to wait and see where the machine will be shipped to.

Ideally, the government will step forward with a test building to outfit.

I assume there will be some other dot.com billionaire who will want their business campus to be the first powered by this technology.

If WNDW's really reached the doorstep to fabricating the glass and commercializing it to scale to the marketplace, then we've watch something special for 15 years.
