Nope, they are controlling the lighting to different spectrums at different times, using a living soil that the plant somehow feeds itself.
They are using natural spring water that is monitored and tested first, if there is any kind of pollution in it, they remove it, must be using reverse osmosis type of filtration, with osmosis filtration you keep all the electrolytes in the water, and the H2O stays at it's more pure natural state....it's actually the same way all plants filter water. Only the molecules H2O squeeze through the osmosis membrane, Google it.....
Same filtration used on ships to remove salt from water.
Plus they are monitoring these plants in the same way NASA does with the plants grown on the ISS Space Station, the plant lets the grower know what it needs, or if it's stressed in any kind of way.
Light is the most important thing a plant needs, especially cannabis, plus this detection system will alert if there is any kind of diseases, bugs, fungus or mold in real time.....so no lose in the crops....lose a crop, you lose $$$$$
