INSIDERS make a KILLING. LAW SUIT **Transfer Agent told not to Clear first investors warrants ,Because ACB wasn't finished selling there shares and warrants ,and Insiders were bailing . I'm screwed and my clients are ready to take a class action law suit and call the SEC, I think some have already, so UPlisting ,You can Forget it.
