Why wouldn't the hammer be removed? The last PR said the control dispute should be resolved shortly.

Not only that, but it confirmed that Peng is the CEO, sole officer and only preferred share holder of HDII. And he is headed to China to discuss further with Gerpang Healthcare Group and HDII.

Seems to me like the merger is pretty much a certainty at this point.
