A little history, ACNV was used to scam investors out of over $7 million as they claimed Covalent collective was the co going public, if it will happen or not is anyones guess but right now the case is still in litigation with the SEC.... where tf that nvsos filings is, I have no clue, unless the NVSOS website is glitching again, I can't find squat...…. anyone????
