Biscardi the carnival barker bigfoot hoaxster is barely a legal SEC filer.
Historically late on every single 10Q and 10K, and 8k's are jokes of advertising.
People posting private emails amounts to insider information, or can be held liable as such with the SEC. It's never a good thing to to allude to being pals with sara and biscardi, or any scammer ceo on the pinks.

Expect a reverse split any day now. biscardi probably won't even announce it so I would be watching the finra website's daily list page every morning or evening. Lots of scammer ceo's like announcing or doing a r/s on a holiday weekend.
